Hi Oliver,
The technique normally applies to via holes and thus has the name "Blind" or "Buried" vias depending which layers are drilled.
Unfortunatily we cannot produce this technology in Pcb-Pool. Please contact our Sales Team and they will be happy to provide you with a Non Pool quote for these boards.
