Hi Paul,
Sorry for not getting back to you yesterday.
I have spoke with our manufacturing guys.
We can print smaller text but the problem it that you will not be able to read it and it will not look professional.0.15mm thickness and 2.0mm height are the minimum we recommend.
Smaller and thinner will look ok on the screen but not when printed. Now they have told me that you can try reducing the thickness to 0.1 and reducing the height and they will print it but we cannot guarantee you will be able to read it.
If you want to do this please add a note to your order as a special requirment.
