Subject: Re: Re: PCB Layout for elastomer buttons. Thanks for your answer.
But if there are no requirements on layout then how do you know where to put the carbon Ink?

: : Hello support

: : What are the requirements for laying out a row of pcb tracks that will act as the switch when combined with the carbon button on the bottom of an elastomer keypad/button?
: :
: : I have seen a keypad where the PCB has tracks covered in conducting carbon and also one where the tracks are covered in gold. I suppose the carbon will do us.

: Hi Denis,
: Firstly we do not provide these services in our Pcb-Pool (Gold plating or Carbon Ink). If you require any of these then contact our sales team directly and they will be happy to provide you with a Non Pool quote.
: The criteria for layout of this requirment should be no different from any other track as long as you stick to the manufacturers minimum requirments for track size and gap.

: Hope this is of help
: Best Regards
: Your Pcb-Pool Team
