Subject: Re: How to submit multiple boards in one panel?

: I read the FAQ and got the idea that I could submit multiple boards on one panel and be charged only the price for the one panel. To calculate the quote, I allowed 0.1" for routing the boards apart.
:
: I received four boards and was charged as if I had submitted four separate boards (i.e., each was subject to the minimum board size, solder mask and silkscreen charges). The ability to do this was the primary reason I used PCB-Pool.
:
: If there is a way to submit multiple boards as a single panel for the price of the single panel, what is it?
:
: It would also be a plus if you had notified me that there was going to be a discrepancy between the board price I calculated online and what you intended to charge me.

Hi Mitch
If the size of an individual pcb is greater that 1dm2 then it must be charged seperatily. If you have a number of individual boards that are each less than 1dm2 then they may be calculated together with one lot of soldermask and silkscreen charges. An Rout charge of Euro 11.76 incl Vat also applies.

Please contact our sales office to discuss further.
