Subject: Re: How to submit multiple boards in one panel? : I read the FAQ and got the idea that I could submit multiple boards on one panel and be charged only the price for the one panel. To calculate the quote, I allowed 0.1" for routing the boards apart.
:
: I received four boards and was charged as if I had submitted four separate boards (i.e., each was subject to the minimum board size, solder mask and silkscreen charges). The ability to do this was the primary reason I used PCB-Pool.
:
: If there is a way to submit multiple boards as a single panel for the price of the single panel, what is it?
:
: It would also be a plus if you had notified me that there was going to be a discrepancy between the board price I calculated online and what you intended to charge me.

Hi Mitch
You can submit multiple boards are a single panel and if the individual area of each board is less than 1dm2 then you will be charged as one pcb. Depending on whether you require the boards routed and held together with pips or not you may be charged a Cam charge(Euro30) for doing so. If on your multi panel you have a pcb with an area greater than 1dm2 then this must be charged seperatily(ie. seperate soldermask and silkscreen charges)
I hope this answers your questions. Please contact our sales office if you have any more queries.
Best Regards
